But he might have used two, since in the screenshot you've showed he's played 5 out of the 8 cards in his deck, so he's just pressing the bottom left corner and the middle of his screen over and over again to play and cycle cards. Now this excludes the possibility of him using a physical autoclicker. Keep in mind that in order for him to play a card, he must select it first, since just spamming would prompt the "No card selected" pop-up, and, as you have shown, he actually plays cards. That means that he's averaging a more than 6 hours a day just pressing the "Battle" button and then pressing in the same spot to play his troops.
Well, yeah, I guess you could classify the device I've shown or a robotic hand as a "bot", but still, there's the possibility (although it's highly unlikely and not very reasonable) that this person just tapped their screen on the same place over.
